G.R.I.T.S. is a nonpartisan organization with a mission to prepare emerging political talent for the 2025 municipal elections and 2026 midterm cycle. We are committed to expanding political benches with qualified candidates from underrepresented communities across the Southeastern United States.

G.R.I.T.S. equips first-time candidates and entry-level campaign operatives with the skills, knowledge, and network to engage in the democratic process.
